Biography
Regina Jones is a Watson fixer who runs her business from a top floor of the abandoned Yaiba Tower in Kabuki. She came to the trade from journalism, reporting first for the World News Service and then for FTF Radio. When N54 News bought the station, Regina went independent and turned her web of contacts, which reaches from high-ranking corpos all the way down to the street, into a fixer business. Her database entry also mentions her Chinese heritage.
Her real cause is cyberpsychosis. Regina wants to understand the condition and help find a cure, so early in the story she recruits V to hunt down cyberpsychos across Night City and bring them in alive. The request grows into seventeen optional Cyberpsycho Sighting jobs, spread from Watson to Pacifica and the Badlands. She takes an interest in the personal story behind every case and insists on non-lethal takedowns, so that the survivors can receive therapy.
Once every sighting is closed, Regina asks to meet V in person, and her reaction depends on how many of the cyberpsychos made it out alive. Alongside that campaign she offers the usual run of Watson gigs. People who knew her as a reporter would say she has not changed much: she still deals in information, she simply sells it differently now. Regina also makes a cameo in the anime Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
